Note: You can mark a no-show or cancel before the service starts (while the appointment is Confirmed or checked in). Once a service is in progress or completed, those options no longer apply.

About cancellation & no-show fees

You can set cancellation and no-show fees under Settings → Policies. SalonHub360 tracks when a fee applies, but a fee is only charged once SalonHub360 Payments is active on your account. Until then, marking a no-show simply records it — no charge is made.

Tip: To set your fee amounts and rules, see Set cancellation & no-show fees. To turn on payments, see How to set up SalonHub360 Payments.
