Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Billing & Plans whenever you like — there’s no contract and no cancellation fee. You can end your subscription right away or let the current period run out first, your choice.
What do card payments cost?
Standard Stripe processing rates apply, and SalonHub360 adds zero markup on top. That rate is the same on every plan — the only thing that changes as you grow is your flat monthly price.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, anytime, from Billing & Plans. Move up when you add staff or want something from a higher tier, or move down if your team gets smaller — there’s no lock-in period either way.
How does staff counting work?
Your plan’s staff limit counts active staff profiles — the people who show up on your calendar and take appointments. Your own owner login doesn’t use a seat unless you also add yourself as a staff member, and deactivating someone frees their seat back up.
What’s included on the Free plan?
Free is built for trying SalonHub360 out: a basic booking page, an appointment calendar, and a limited service menu and client list, for 1 staff member. It doesn’t take payments — when you’re ready to charge clients and unlock the rest of the platform, upgrade to Starter or any plan above it.
Where do I find receipts for my subscription?
Once you’re on a paid plan, every invoice and receipt for your subscription is available anytime from Billing & Plans, under Manage Billing.
