Clients: Message your salon

Requirements

  • Available on: All plans
  • Device access: Web & mobile browser
  • Permission: Client

Reply to your salon from your SalonHub360 account, and send a photo if it helps — for example a picture of the look you want.

See your conversations

Sign in to your SalonHub360 account, then open Messages. A conversation shows up here once a salon has been in touch with you — for example after you book, or if they follow up about a visit. 📷 Screenshot coming soon.

Reply and send a photo

  1. Open a conversation to see the full thread. Type in the Message [salon name]… box and tap the Send button to reply. 📷 Screenshot coming soon.

  2. To send a photo, tap Add photo, choose an image, and send. Photos must be a JPEG, PNG, or WebP image, 5 MB or smaller. 📷 Screenshot coming soon.

Note: Don't see a conversation with a salon yet? You can't start one from your account. Look for a Message button on their public site — it opens a text, Instagram, or Messenger conversation with them directly — or fill out their Contact form if they have one. If a salon closes a conversation, you won't be able to reply in it either; reach them the same way and they can pick it back up.

Photos and message history

Photos are automatically resized to 1600 pixels on their longest side when you send them, so there's no need to shrink them yourself first. Messages and photos are kept for a set period; once a photo passes that point it's removed and the conversation shows a "Photo expired" placeholder in its place.
