Clients: Add the booking app to your phone

Requirements

  • Available on: All plans
  • Device access: Mobile browser (iPhone or Android)
  • Permission: Client

Add your salon to your phone's home screen so booking and managing your visits is just one tap away — no app store needed.

Add it to your home screen

Open your salon's booking or sign-in page in your phone's browser, then follow the steps for your phone.

On Android (Chrome and similar):

  1. When a prompt titled Install [your salon] appears at the bottom of the screen, tap Install app. 📷 Screenshot coming soon.

  2. Your salon's icon is added to your home screen. Tap it any time to jump straight back in.

On iPhone (Safari):

  1. Tap the Share button, then choose Add to Home Screen. (You'll see this hint on screen: Tap [Share] then "Add to Home Screen".) 📷 Screenshot coming soon.

  2. Confirm, and your salon's icon appears on your home screen.

Turn on appointment reminders (optional)

Once the app is added to your home screen, open it from there and go to Profile. Under Appointment notifications, tap Turn on to get reminders and updates pushed to your device.

Note: Adding the page to your home screen works in your phone's own browser (Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Android). If you opened the link inside another app — like Instagram or Messenger — open it in your browser first.
