Clients: Create your account & sign in

Requirements

Create a free account with your salon — or sign in to one you already have — to view your appointments, track your rewards, and message your salon.

Open your salon's sign-in page

Your salon's customer area has its own web address. In these examples we use the demo salon The Glow Studio, but always use your own salon's link. The sign-in page welcomes you with Welcome back and three options at the top: Sign in, Email link, and Sign up.

How to sign in with a password

  1. On the Sign in tab, enter your Email or phone number and Password, then tap Sign in. The sign-in screen with email/phone and password fields and a Sign in button

  2. You'll arrive at My Account, where you can see your upcoming appointments and reach Book, Visits, Rewards, Profile, and Messages.

How to sign in with an email link (no password)

  1. Tap the Email link tab, enter your email, and tap Email me a link. The Email link tab with an email field and an Email me a link button

  2. You'll see "If an account exists, a login link is on its way to your email." Open the email and tap the link to sign in — no password needed.

How to create a new account

  1. Tap the Sign up tab and fill in your First name, Last name, Email, Password, and Phone (optional), then tap Create account. The Sign up tab with name, email, password and phone fields

  2. You're signed in right away and taken to My Account.

If you forgot your password

On the Sign in tab, tap Forgot password?, enter your email or phone, and tap Send reset link. You'll see "If an account exists, we sent password reset instructions." Open the email, follow the link to the Set a new password page, enter and confirm your new password, then tap Reset password.

Note: Each salon's account is separate. If you visit more than one salon that uses SalonHub360, you'll sign in on each salon's own page. Use the link your salon gave you.
