Connect Google Calendar or subscribe via ICS

Requirements

  • Available on: All plans
  • Device access: Web & mobile browser
  • Permission: Any staff with a login (each person connects their own calendar)

See your SalonHub360 appointments alongside everything else in your personal calendar. There are two ways to do it: a simple read-only subscription that works with any calendar app, or a two-way Google Calendar connection for Google users who want busy time to block new bookings.

Note: You connect your own calendar. Each staff member manages their own connection from My integrations — the owner can see your status but can't connect on your behalf.

Most people only need the subscription. Add the Google connection on top only if you want your Google busy time to block SalonHub360 bookings.

Option 1: Subscribe with a private link

  1. In the left menu, open My integrations. The My integrations page with the calendar subscription panel

    <!-- CAPTURE: route=/me/integrations | login=provider | state=calendar subscription panel visible | highlight=Your private calendar URL field | viewport=1440x900 -->
  2. Under Calendar subscription, click Copy URL to copy your private calendar link, or click Email me the link to send it to yourself.

  3. In your calendar app, add a calendar by URL (sometimes called "Subscribe" or "From URL") and paste the link. Your appointments appear automatically.

Note: Updates can take up to 24 hours to show, because calendar apps refresh on their own schedule. Keep this link private — anyone with it can see your appointments. If it leaks, click Reset link to revoke it.

Option 2: Connect Google Calendar (two-way)

  1. On the same My integrations page, find the Google Calendar card under Advanced. The Google Calendar advanced panel with the connect button

    <!-- CAPTURE: route=/me/integrations | login=provider | state=Google Calendar panel, not connected | highlight=Connect my Google Calendar button | viewport=1440x900 -->
  2. Click Connect my Google Calendar and sign in with your Google account.

  3. Once connected, your bookings sync to Google, and busy time on your Google Calendar blocks new SalonHub360 bookings. Use Sync now to refresh, or Disconnect to stop.

Note: You need a staff profile to connect a calendar. If you don't have one, ask your owner to add you under Staff first.
