Processing rates & fees explained

SalonHub360 is zero-commission — we never take a percentage of your sales. The only cost of accepting a card is the standard processing rate charged by Stripe, our payments provider. SalonHub360 adds nothing on top.
What SalonHub360 charges
Nothing per transaction. There's no commission, no markup, and no per-payment fee from SalonHub360. Your only software cost is your monthly plan — see Plans & Billing.
What Stripe charges
When a client pays by card through SalonHub360 Payments, Stripe applies its standard processing rate. These are US examples as of 2026 — your exact rate can vary by country and card type:

Note: These are Stripe's standard published rates and can change. For the exact current rates in your country, see Stripe's pricing. SalonHub360 never adds a markup to them.
A quick example
On a $100 service paid by card, Stripe's fee is about $3.20 (2.9% + 30¢). You receive the rest. SalonHub360 takes $0.
About refunds and disputes
- Refunds cost you nothing extra to issue, but Stripe doesn't return the original processing fee on a refunded payment — that's Stripe's policy, not a SalonHub360 charge.
- Chargebacks (when a client's bank reverses a payment) carry a Stripe dispute fee of about $15, and the amount is held while it's reviewed. Clear policies and accurate service records help you avoid them.
Tip: Standard payouts are free. If you ever want your money in minutes instead of a day or two, Instant Payouts cost about 1%.
