Once SalonHub360 Payments is active, your card earnings are deposited to your bank automatically. Here's when to expect your money.
Your first payout
Your very first deposit usually arrives about 7–14 days after your first card payment. This short window lets Stripe finish verifying your new account. After that, deposits follow your regular schedule.
After that: your regular schedule
Going forward, available funds are paid out automatically on a recurring schedule (in the US, this is typically daily). You can change how often you're paid — daily, weekly, or monthly — from your payout settings.
Note: Schedules and timing vary by country. Some regions are paid daily automatically; others default to weekly or manual payouts.
How long until it reaches your bank
- A card payment becomes available in your balance a couple of business days after the sale.
- Once a payout is sent, standard bank deposits typically land 1–2 business days later.
- In practice, money from a sale usually reaches your bank within a few business days.
Eligible payments can be deposited as soon as the next business day — exact timing depends on your bank, your country, and your schedule.
What can delay a payout
- Your account still needs verification (see What you'll need to verify your account).
- A refund or chargeback pushed your balance negative.
- Your bank account needs updating (a failed deposit pauses payouts until you fix the details).
- Weekends and bank holidays — payouts move to the next business day.
