How to read your rewards & retention reporting
Requirements
- Available on: Growth and above
- Device access: Web & mobile browser
- Permission: Owner or Manager (anyone with the reports permission)
The Rewards & Retention report shows whether your loyalty program is working: how many stamps you've given, how many rewards clients have redeemed, and — most importantly — whether members are coming back more than non-members.
How to open the report
-
In the left menu, open Reports, then choose Rewards & Retention (or go to /reports/rewards).
<!-- CAPTURE: route=/reports/rewards | login=owner | state=report loaded with data | highlight=period tabs and Rewards activity cards | viewport=1440x900 -->
-
Pick a time frame with the period tabs (This Week, This Month, This Quarter, This Year) or set a custom start and end date.
What each section tells you
Rewards activity — how your stamp program performed in the period:
- Clients who earned stamps and Stamps given
- Vouchers earned and Vouchers used (redeemed)
- Rewards given back to clients — the estimated value of redeemed rewards, a handy read on your loyalty "marketing spend"
Gift cards — sales and redemptions, plus the outstanding balance clients haven't spent yet. You can export outstanding cards to CSV.
Coming back — your retention picture:
- Repeat visit rate — clients with 2+ visits in the last 90 days
- Program members — clients with an active stamp card
- Average visits — members vs non-members — when members visit more often, your program is doing its job
- Clients who may need a nudge — a list of lapsed clients (no visit in 45+ days, with 2+ lifetime visits) so you can reach out

Note: Gift card sales also count toward Total Revenue on your main dashboard. Outstanding balance is a point-in-time figure, not a total for the period.
Tip: If you see "You don't have access to reports," ask an owner to grant you the reports permission. Reports are available on Growth and above.
