Change or upgrade your plan

Requirements

  • Available on: All plans
  • Device access: Web & mobile browser
  • Permission: Owner

Move up to unlock more features and staff, drop down to a smaller plan, or switch between monthly and yearly billing — all from Billing & Plans.

How to change your plan

  1. In the left menu, open Billing & Plans and scroll to the Choose a Plan section. The plan cards in the Choose a Plan section with a Monthly and Yearly toggle

    <!-- CAPTURE: route=/billing | login=owner | state=active plan | highlight=Choose a Plan section | viewport=1440x900 -->
  2. Use the Monthly / Yearly toggle above the cards to pick a billing cycle. Yearly is marked Save 10%. The Monthly and Yearly billing toggle with a Save 10% badge

    <!-- CAPTURE: route=/billing | login=owner | state=active plan | highlight=Monthly/Yearly toggle | viewport=1440x900 -->
  3. On the plan you want, click its button. The label changes with your situation:

    • Subscribe — start a paid plan for the first time.
    • Upgrade — move to a higher plan.
    • Downgrade — move to a lower plan.
    • Switch to yearly billing / Switch to monthly billing — keep your plan, change the cycle.
    • Contact us — for the Enterprise plan (opens an email to our sales team).
  4. Confirm the change in the dialog that appears, then click Confirm switch (or Confirm downgrade). A confirmation dialog summarizing the plan change before it is applied

    <!-- CAPTURE: route=/billing | login=owner | state=upgrade confirm dialog open | highlight=Confirm switch button | viewport=1440x900 -->
  5. For a new subscription, you'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout to enter your card. When you return, your new plan activates.

Note: Upgrades and billing-cycle switches take effect immediately, with unused time credited toward future invoices. A same-cycle downgrade takes effect at the end of your current period — you'll see a banner like "Switching to … on …" and keep your current features until then.

Note: You can't downgrade below your current staff count. If your new plan allows fewer staff than you have active, the change is blocked until you deactivate enough staff first. See Understanding SalonHub360 plans for the limits.
