Delete your SalonHub360 account

Deleting your SalonHub360 account is permanent and cannot be undone.

We delete your account profile — your name, email address, phone number, address, photo and password — your saved salons, professionals and looks, your private notes, and we sign you out on every device and remove every phone registered to the account.

We disconnect your account from the salons you have visited. Each salon keeps its own records of you — your appointments (including upcoming ones), payments and receipts, gift cards, memberships and packages, rewards balances, notes your stylist made, and messages you exchanged with the salon — because those are the salon's business records and some must be kept by law. Deleting your account does not cancel an upcoming appointment: contact the salon to change it. To ask a salon about the information it keeps, contact the salon directly.

Reviews you wrote stay published under the name "Anonymous".

If you sign up again later with the same email, your salon records may be reconnected to your new account, because a salon that already knows your email links you back the same way it did the first time.

To confirm it is really you, we will email a confirmation link to the address on the account. The link works once and expires after one hour. Nothing is deleted until you open it and confirm.
